Rediscover Your Authentic Self through Healthy REPS!

What would you say are your top barriers to experiencing YOU authentically?

Having trouble with communicating effectively with people you care about or work closely with?

Do you struggle with lashing out, expressing your needs, wishes, and problems in a way that others can empathize with rather than avoiding you or reacting in an unhelpful way?

Are you forgetful, unorganized, and struggle to stay on task when it comes to important matters?

Are you having trouble connecting your faith to real-life hurdles and challenges and wonder if it’s possible to experience an abundant life despite the uncertainty?

Well, I have a plan of action that comprehensively addresses all of the concerns mentioned above. Let me introduce the Bible-based approach I bank on!

How It Works, What I Do/My Approach:

REPS is an acronym I created to describe the healthy-being approach I take through biblical inquiry and analysis in every counseling session.

What Does REPS Mean?

R = Relational.

I show you how to relate to others and your environment by developing flexible boundaries (Philippians 2:1-11).

My mantra is letting the excellent flow IN you so that it may flow THROUGH you.

And it can be yours, too, like a breath of fresh air on a crisp fall morning!! Ahh!

E = Emotional.

I help you navigate the challenge of expressing displeasure or disappointment openly and honestly (Ephesians 4:20-32).

Communicating what you desire or do not desire healthily and responsibly is a skill worth developing!

P = Psychological.

You need to be careful what occupies your mind because it is often “the crime scene.” “As a person thinks in his heart, so is he.”

With this approach, I teach you how to practice mind renewal, according to Romans 12:1-2 and Ephesians 4:23.

S = Spiritual.

I help you discover the best version of yourself through spiritual revelation (2 Peter 1:3-11).

When you nourish your soul regularly by the truth of the word, it impacts your entire being. Why would you settle for anything less than God’s best for you?

Philosophy

I use a biblical-centered approach to mental health and soul care that you have been desperately searching for.

I use a God-centered worldview to diagnose problems and offer best-practice solutions based on the teachings and revelation of scripture.

I help you unpack your pain-points in a graceful space that considers the fullness of who God created you to be.

How healing happens

Healing happens when God brings His grace and truth to our pain through the healing balm of love, empathy, and support.

I encourage you to embrace a community of believers who care about you and will faithfully journey with you through the “wilderness” of pain and loss to the “promised land” of transformation and joy!

Why Gospel-Centered therapy?

The Bible says, “There is nothing new under the sun.” Therefore, any problem we face is under the jurisdiction of God’s supernatural intervention and transformative power.

Although modern contributions of science have offered helpful insights into mental health care, these are secondary addenda to the comprehensive and relevant application to the problems we face living in a fallen world.

Gospel-centered therapy is all-inclusive and enables you to experience a greater fullness of yourself.

Are you committed?

You can achieve predictable AND sustained results based on your commitment to following your treatment plan throughout your counseling experience.

So, don’t you dare settle for another day of not living out an authentic YOU each day!
