Hey there, glad you decided to tune in! Going to unpack the next 3 attributes about how our God relates to you! Here goes!!!

AFFIRMATION. Isn’t it such a blessing when someone acknowledges your existence in unique and tangible ways? Yeah, depends on who it is. I get that. But get this! Your Abba Father affirms your worth from lifting you up when you’re down, to satisfying your desires with good things (Psalm 40: :1-2, 104:4-5). I betcha you didn’t know that your God was champing like that did ya? Yeah sure you did but it’s good to be reminded though, right? And it keeps getting better. Check this out!!

THOUGHTFULNESS. Let’s see, what would you is the most thoughtful gesture you’ve received this past week? Maybe a phone call or included in a Zoom chat with friends. Perhaps you got that Zoom chat invite and declined cause so and so was there. Point is, nice to be thought of. God knew you before your parents even had the sparkle in their eyes for one another (Jeremiah 1:5). That’s dope for real. The cool kind, you know. Think about this for a moment. Now you may proceed!

EXAMPLE. You wanna know something. This right here is probably one of the most underrated qualities about God. Modeling is so woven in our culture today. If someone aint doing it right or better or standing out, then it’s very average! And unimpressive. And forgettable. Have you forgotten how well God models love? Forgiveness? Patience? Kindness? And talk about the “t-word” (Tolerance) He’s even great at that (1 Corinth. 13:4-8; Romans 2:4). Raise a hallelujah somebody! What an example to follow in your relationships with others!

If you’re like me, you’ll probably want a recap of the 6 qualities that I think reveals how much God relates to us: Relationship. Expectation. Language. Affirmation. Thoughtfulness. Example. Unless you attended Cleveland Public Schools you can see that each word derives from the acronym relate. Before our God created, He related. He still relates. To each one of us where you are. Now go forth and be a relater not a hater to your fellow peeps!! I’m out! You’re up!
